A newstation captured a burst of violence inside a Florida courthouse when the victims' family and the suspect's family broke out in an all out brawl earlier today.
The hearing for Jason Clair, who is accused of shooting and killing James and Joel Kun outside of a St Cloud night club last year, was cancelled - leaving the families to linger in the hallway.
Two men, Clair's stepfather and the Kuns' father, began throwing fists when one said to the other 'You got something to say to me?'

In the video, the families try to break up the fight, but the two men knock each other over and pummel one another.
Two police officers manage to break up the fight in under a minute, shouting 'I'm going to tase you! I'm going to tase you!'
The fighters are eventually handcuffed and one is hauled away on a stretcher.

'He hit me first, what was I supposed to do? That shows how p***y they are. Just like their sons, ganging up on me,' Jason Clair's stepfather, James Barker, can be heard saying.
By the end of the video, a woman is heard weeping.
Relatives on both sides of the case had shown up as witnesses, but the tension proved to be too much for them.

'Obviously, emotions ran high,' St Cloud Detective Christian Anderson told WFTV.
'I stepped in to intervene, just based on the hostile actions, and while trying to stop it, I ended up getting struck in the back of the head.'
He added that after 17 years on the job, he had never seen a fight quite like this one.
James Barker and James Kun Sr, were taken away in handcuffs on misdemeanor charges of being involved in a fight.
One of the Kun brothers' friends, Jeremy Milyon, left the courthouse on a stretcher with a possible broken jaw. He was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer.

The Clair case is the latest trial having to do with Florida's controversial Stand Your Ground law.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, Clair was one of numerous patrons to attend a 25-cent beer night on June 28, 2011, at Len'z Dug Out Pub.
Clair got into an argument with James Kun, 23, and Joel Kun, 21, that ended when bar workers forced Clair into the parking lot.

The Kun brothers then went outside and another fight broke out between the men. Clair, apparently beaten by the brothers, left in his car for 20 minutes. When he returned to the parking lot, the three men got into a third fight only this time, Clair grabbed a gun from his car and opened fire on the men.
Witnesses told police that they saw Clair stand over the mortally wounded brother and fired repeatedly at their bodies.
'After Joel and James fell to the ground Jason told (their mother, April Kun), "I'll ...shoot you, too..,"' the police report, obtained by the Orlando Sentinel, states.
Bar patrons then disarmed Clair and beat him so severely he was nearly unrecognizable in his mugshot. He was charged with two counts of first degree murder.
Clair, a Walt Disney World employee, and his attorney have cited Florida's Stand Your Ground law as his defense.

Rick Ross on his boat talking to the FWCC

Cops in Florida were thiiiiiiis close to making a drug bust on Rick Ross' yacht ... if not for a quick-thinking cohort who ditched the evidence at the last minute ... this according to law enforcement
A rep for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (yes, they can arrest you) tells us officers flagged down Rick's boat on Thursday after noticing the odor of weed. We're told cops boarded the water vessel and conducted a search ... but found nothing. Now get this ... cops tell us one of Rick's homies ADMITTED to smoking weed onboardthe ship ... but claimed he threw the dope overboard when he noticed the officers.  The plan WORKED -- a rep for the FWCC says because the officers didn't find any marijuana on board, no arrests were made ... and no further investigation will be conducted. The lesson -- see a cop, ditch your weed in the ocean.
